Shipping & Returns



We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-
order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS, DHL and FedEx. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship via SPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.


We offer free international shipping and duty on orders over $150. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Le’Juvel is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.


We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: Expedited shipping does not change processing time for personalized pieces and other pre-order items.


Le’Juvel does NOT provide free return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Le’Juvel within 10 business days of receipt of product. To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Pre-order merchandise, custom-made personalized pieces, including monogram and nameplates, are handmade to order and cannot be returned. Sale, clearance items or international orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.


At this time, we do NOT process exchanges for the same item.


Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
